For customers

How do I book an appointment?

Browse the marketplace, pick a business, choose your services and time, then confirm. You can book as a guest with just your email or phone — no account needed.

Do I have to pay upfront?

No. All bookings on Belluse use 'pay at the venue' — you settle up when you arrive. We never charge your card upfront.

How do I view or cancel my booking?

Click the "View my booking" link in your confirmation email. You can also visit /booking/<your-reference> directly. Signed-in customers can see all bookings under My Account.

How do I reschedule?

Open your booking and click 'Reschedule' to pick a new time. Free reschedules up to 24 hours before your appointment.

I didn't receive my confirmation email.

Check your spam folder. If it's not there, your booking still went through — visit /booking/<your-reference> with the email or phone you used.

For business owners

Is Belluse free?

Yes — every new business gets a 30-day free trial of all features. After that we offer a free Starter tier and paid Pro/Scale tiers.

Do I pay per booking?

Never. Belluse does not take a cut of your bookings or payments. Customers pay you directly at your venue.

How do I get my first customers?

Set up your profile, add your services, and share your booking link on Instagram, Facebook, or your website. Your business is also listed in the marketplace.

Can I manage multiple branches?

Yes. Add as many branches as you need under Settings → Locations. Each can have its own hours, photos, and staff.
