Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Belluse ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users, including customers who book services and businesses who list their services.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

3. Booking & Cancellation

When you make a booking through Belluse, you enter into a direct arrangement with the service provider. Cancellation policies are set by individual businesses. If a business requires a deposit, it will be clearly stated before you confirm the booking. No-show fees may apply as determined by the business's cancellation policy.

4. Payments

Bookings may be configured for “Pay at Venue” or online payments securely processed through third-party partners. Belluse acts as an intermediary connecting you with the service provider. Prices are displayed in Philippine Pesos (₱) unless otherwise stated. Refund policies are managed by individual service providers.

5. Business Responsibilities

Businesses using Belluse are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, maintaining service quality, honoring confirmed bookings, and complying with all applicable local regulations and licensing requirements. Belluse is not liable for the quality of services provided by businesses listed on the platform.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Platform for any illegal purpose, attempt to circumvent payment processing, post fraudulent reviews, or interfere with the Platform's operation. Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Intellectual Property

The Belluse name, logo, and all associated branding are trademarks of Belluse. Content you post (such as reviews and photos) remains yours, but you grant Belluse a licence to display it on the Platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

Belluse provides the Platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding the services offered by businesses on the Platform. Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid to Belluse in the preceding 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
