- What happens after 100 bookings on Free?
- Every booking in the month counts, walk-ins too. Once you reach 100, clients can’t book online until your next month starts or you move to Starter. You can still add walk-ins yourself.
- How does the 30-day trial work?
- Pick a paid plan when you sign up and use it free for 30 days, with no card. If you haven’t added a card by the end, your business moves to the Free plan and we email you that it has.
- Do you take a cut of my bookings?
- No. There is no commission and no per-booking fee on any plan. Clients pay you at your salon, the way they do now.
- How do I pay, and can I cancel?
- Paid plans are billed monthly in pesos to a debit or credit card. Cancel anytime in Settings → Billing; your plan stays on until the end of the month you paid for.
- Can I change plans later?
- Yes. Move up or down in Settings → Billing whenever your team changes.
